I like my gloom with a side of foreboding. Butt side. New door, shingles and dirty walls.

Still a bunch to do and windows to cut out. That’ll be a big pain in the ass and I should’ve done that first but oh well.

I have started a building project in Second Life. I’ve started so many of these in the past but never really finished any of them. Seriously, not one.

This time around I’ve decided to track my own progress with it here in the hopes of keeping myself on track.

I’m keeping my goal realistic: Finish it… I don’t want the build to be too grandiose or complicated. I just want it to look like something close to what I have in my head. I don’t think it’s going to be anything sellable or anything like that. Doesn’t mean I won’t put it up for sale mind you, I’m just not making that my aim.

So anyhoo, I started this about a week ago. It’s somewhat based off an old apartment my family had when we had first moved to California in the early 90′s. It’s pretty much done from memory, and what I couldn’t remember I just made up.

Front side. Sitting on my super secret platform in the sky somewhere. Backside. Porch unfinished. Downstairs. Kitchen entrance and view from front door. Downstairs. What a boring and pointless photo. Top of the stairs. Add a ceiling fan and it'll seem like a shot from a certain television show I'm obsessed with. Second floor. Ignore that dork on the stairs. Bedroom or possibly bathroom.
